Jennifer Ina Warner
Events Convener, Payne Institute for Public Policy

Jennifer is an Events Convener and assists with the organization, development, and execution of the Payne Institute’s signature events. She most recently served as Technical Program Director for the NGO Current Innovation where she connected municipal, agricultural, and industrial end users with use-inspired water and energy research and innovations. Jenn served many years with the Water Research Foundation where she translated municipal water and wastewater utility challenges into solutions-oriented research projects and organized and facilitated large symposia and small-scale workshops to support effective water resource management. She also enjoyed a few years in professional consulting focused on USEPA Superfund sites, mostly groundwater remediation and industrial waste mitigation.

Jenn earned a Master of Science – Civil & Environmental Engineering degree from University of Wisconsin Madison and a Bachelor of Science – Environmental Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University. Born and raised on the southern shore of Lake Superior in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Jenn enjoys cold plunges, knitting, live music, movies, and virtually any activity outdoors.
