Natural gas is a versatile, abundant and lower-emission fuel. The use of natural gas in power generation plays an important role in reducing global emissions. Many national and state governments have recognized the contributions natural gas can make to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and have included transitioning to natural gas in their carbon-reduction programs. LNG enables transportation of natural gas from supply centers to customers safely and cost-effectively.

Brooke Harris joined ExxonMobil in 2005 and has worked primarily in the areas of natural gas marketing and business development in oil and gas exploration. Today, Brooke leads a global, multi-disciplinary team that seeks to grow long-term natural gas demand around the world through technical and commercial solutions to meet growing energy demand while reducing environmental impacts. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Brooke earned her Master’s and Undergraduate degrees in International Affairs at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (SFS).
