THE MISSING INTERNATIONAL PIECE OF THE GREEN NEW DEAL

When U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Ed Markey released the text of the Green New Deal in February 2019, they were paying homage to the policies that lifted the United States out of the Great Depression. This essay focuses on what is missing—an international dimension. April 29, 2019.
