John E. Lynch

Joining as an MD in 2016, John has held numerous senior roles at the fund. As a board member/lead investor, he works with management teams to navigate the opportunities created by the energy transition, growth/investment challenges, and exits. Prior to JPMAM, he was with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America for twenty years. His private interests (time and support) span the arts, neuro-science, energy transition, and process industries. He is a dual citizen USA/Ireland and lives in London with his wife and three children. John has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from UofC Booth School of Business.
