UC San Diego Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation features Payne Institute Faculty Fellow Kathleen Hancock in their Alumni Confidential.  Kathleen Hancock, an associate professor of political science at the Colorado School of Mines and expert in the politics of renewable energy, talks about the unexpected allies leading efforts to transition to renewable energy in the U.S., gives advice to young scholars, and explains why she thinks it’s possible to be both a scholar and an activitist.
