On Feb. 24th, Russia launched a full scale invasion of Ukraine. Why did this happen? Where do we go from here? International Relations scholars Drs. Davis and Hancock and Historian Dr. Osgood will share their expertise on these issues and then open the floor to Q&A. International Relations scholar Dr. Hudson will moderate.
